Prior to 1995, there were two different conferences in the Pacific Northwest region, Pacific Coast Conference (MC) and Pacific District Conference (GCMC).  These two conferences integrated and then divided regionally, into the Pacific Northwest and Pacific Southwest Mennonite Conferences.
